Is GST included?+

Yes, every listed price is the total you pay, GST included. A tax invoice is issued with your receipt.

Why is Certified Property Valuation with Inspection "from" $550?+

Travel and complexity genuinely vary. The exact price is calculated and shown at checkout, before payment, never adjusted after.

Can the price change after I order?+

No. What you see at checkout is what you pay. Nothing is added afterwards for travel, for a property that turns out to be more work, or for a longer report.

Are there any hidden administration or delivery fees?

No. The checkout total includes GST, report preparation and digital delivery. We do not add administration or card fees after you order.

Do I need to request a quote first?

No. Choose the report you need and enter the property details online. The total price is confirmed at checkout before you pay.

When do I pay for the valuation?

Payment is made securely at checkout before work begins. Your receipt and tax invoice are issued after payment.

What if I choose the wrong valuation type?

We can move the order to the appropriate report. If the prices differ, you pay or receive the difference, with no change fee.

Can I upgrade an Automated Market Assessment later?

Yes. We credit the Automated Market Assessment payment towards the signed report price.

Will the price change if I need a retrospective valuation date?

A past valuation date does not create a surprise fee. Any price that depends on the property or report scope is confirmed before payment.

Does the price depend on what the property is worth?

No. The fee is for the report and the work behind it, not a percentage of the figure the valuer arrives at. A high value property and a modest one on the same report type cost the same.

The price you see is the price you pay.
